Bulk metadata editing — multi-select many books in your library and set rating and tags on all of them at once. Reorder files in the merge queue during compress/merge, drag them into the order you want before combining. Mac tag filter now has a clear button. Stability and polish across the library and stream views.

TTS sentence highlighting in the TXT reader on iOS and macOS — the current sentence glows as TTS reads. Now Playing lock-screen media controls on iOS and macOS. TTS sleep timer. Chapter-continuous TTS — audio keeps playing as TTS advances between chapters without stopping. Prefers the highest-quality installed voice on both platforms. Bluetooth HFP audio routing for iPhone. Hardened TTS cancellation for a clean stop.

TXT reader tap navigation now scrolls within the current chapter before advancing to the next — matching reader expectations. macOS TXT reader is now chapter-based. Fixed iCloud container discovery on macOS: missing NSUbiquitousContainers entry in Info.plist caused streaming endpoint lookups to fail on fresh Mac installs.

Secure streaming over Tailscale
Streaming now uses TLS with SPKI cert pinning, making it safe over 5G and remote networks via Tailscale. iCloud stores the Tailscale IP so iOS finds the Mac automatically.
Full 11-language localization
All app views — reader, library, tools, settings, streaming setup — are now localized in English, Spanish, French, Dutch, Portuguese, Russian, Chinese, Japanese, Korean, Indonesian, and Malay.
PC v1.0.3.0 — Self-contained Store package
Rebuilt as a fully self-contained MSIX package: all runtime dependencies are bundled so no separate .NET or WinUI runtime install is required on the user's machine.
PC v1.0.2.0 — TTS reader controls & iCloud endpoint fix
Ported reader TTS controls and settings from the iOS/macOS app to the Windows reader — speed, voice selection, and sleep timer now available in the PC reader. Restricted iCloud endpoint folder matching to prevent false streaming endpoint discovery.
PC Reader — Microsoft Store submission
MSIX package signed and submitted to the Microsoft Store. Awaiting review and approval. Includes freemium gating with 7-day trial, lifetime IAP, full reader, compress/merge tools, and Mac→PC streaming.

7-day free trial on first launch. One-time lifetime purchase unlocks the full app (Store ID: 9P39PKBP4CNC). Trial UI, paywall, and premium gates wired across all views.
Full 11-language localization
All 87 UI strings localized across English, Spanish, French, Dutch, Portuguese, Russian, Chinese, Japanese, Korean, Indonesian, and Malay.
PC→iOS streaming
Stream your local library from Windows PC to the BiblioFuse iOS app. Requires Tailscale. iCloud Bookshelf books are excluded — only books stored locally on your Mac appear in the PC stream. Same feature set as the Mac Home Library streaming.

Fixed iPad and tablet reader UI layout shifts. This is the last active Android release; the app is in maintenance mode.

Android 16 KB memory page compatibility
Upgraded Gradle and NDK to fix crashes on Android devices using 16 KB memory page sizes, required for newer Android hardware.
In-app purchase + premium unlock
One-time payment setup for Android and iOS. Includes license restoration, premium activation/revocation UI, and localized restore button.
Known Issues
Streaming requires Tailscale — LAN-only mode not available
iOS's App Transport Security blocks plain HTTP to local IPs. Tailscale is required for both home Wi-Fi and remote streaming. A LAN-only mode without Tailscale is not currently in the roadmap.
No Mac/PC → Android streaming
Android uses a separate Flutter codebase without iCloud integration. Streaming support would require a near-total rewrite and is not planned.
SMB network access unverified
SMB drive access on Android has not been fully tested in recent releases.
Roadmap
Microsoft Store public launch
Awaiting Store approval. Will be available as a free download with a 7-day trial and one-time lifetime purchase.
TTS resume from scroll position
Text-to-speech will resume from your current visible scroll position instead of the chapter top. Targeting the next App Store release.
LAN streaming without Tailscale
Home Wi-Fi streaming without needing Tailscale installed. Currently parked — technical constraints around iOS ATS make this complex.
