Windows v1.2 — 11-language localization & PC polish

Full 11-language localization added to the Windows app — all UI strings are now localized and the app follows the system language setting. Microsoft Store listing updated with localized descriptions for all 10 non-English regions. PC stability and polish improvements merged.

7z archive support added across the file picker, drag and drop, saved password patterns, unlock processing, and iOS Share Extension. Unencrypted ZIP and 7z archives now extract normally without prompting for a password. iOS Share Extension upgraded to support batch file unlock. Improved iOS file import and export flow. 4 new languages: Portuguese, Spanish, Bahasa Indonesia, and Simplified Chinese.
